Sylvaris Platform (sylvaris.io) is an independent tech media publication operated by one person, based in Barcelona, Spain. It comprises two sections:

  • Canopy — a daily feed of AI-summarised tech news, sourced from RSS feeds, community discussions, and curated sources. Every item links back to the original source.
  • Folium — independent reviews of software, tools, and services based on real usage, with a simple verdict: recommend, neutral, or skip.

Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or commercial advice.

Canopy summaries are produced using an AI pipeline and reviewed before publication. While we aim for accuracy, summaries may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We always link to the original source — please refer to it for the full, authoritative account of any story. We are not responsible for errors in third-party source material.

Some Folium reviews contain affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships are clearly disclosed in each relevant review. These relationships do not influence our verdicts — reviews reflect our honest, independent assessment based on actual use.
